The Space:

Enjoy this breathtaking view every day, and the peaceful well decorated and spacious home. We are close to town for antiquing or groceries, yet on a quiet private road perfect for walks or jogging.

First floor: Our open concept living room, dining room and kitchen have a full ocean view! There is a full bathroom, and washer/dryer for your use. AC/heat and a propane stove are in the living room for your comfort year round.
Second floor: 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with a balcony and stairs to the waterfront. There is a full bathroom, and a heat pump/AC in the hallway to cool off the second floor. There is an additional mobile window AC to use in any of the second floor bedrooms.
The stairs down to the water provide easy access for swimming, sun-tanning, or rent kayaks to boat right from the property! The open floor plan offers plenty of space for your family to spread out.
